Porters and concierge liaison
Many Park-side blocks have a porter and rules about moving hours and goods lifts. We speak to them ahead, so moving day runs by the building’s book, not against it.
Communal areas protected
Shared halls, original tiling and lift interiors get boarded and padded. What we found pristine, we leave pristine — the freeholder notices, and so do the neighbours.

We plan the carry, protect the communal parts, book any lift or loading window, and bring the right kit for an awkward staircase.
Do you pack, or do I arrange that myself?
